About The Department
Mechanical Engineering Department runs UG program with intake of 60 students approved by AICTE, New Delhi with effect from 2008-09. The department is equipped with dedicated and competent faculty members to impart quality technical education, project guidance, personality development to enable students to be placed with reputed organizations. With the vision to bring out cultured Engineered Engineer the department is going ahead to benefit the society at large from its inception.
Mechanical Engineering is recognized to be the back bone of any industry with amazing versatility. The program includes a deeper scientific study of number of engineering sciences to which the students are introduced at the core curriculum level. The department has state of art laboratories to impart sound practical knowledge of the subject.

Prof. (Dr.) Kuldeep Kumar Saxena has done his B.Tech, in Mechanical Engineering and M.Tech in Material Science and Engineering from MNNIT
Allahabad. He has completed his doctoral degree from IIT Roorkee. He has 13+ years of experience in academics, research and industry. Prof. Saxena holds expertise in hot deformation behavior of materials, microstructural characterization of materials, and micro manufacturing. He has served as Senior Research Fellow (SRF) for 2 years and 8 months on a project sponsored by Board of Research in Nuclear Sciences (BRNS), a research unit of Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Trombay, Mumbai. Dr. Saxena is an author of many book chapters published by reputed publishers such as Elsevier and many more. He has authored 315+ research papers which are published in reputed international journals indexed by SCI/ Scopus. Dr. Saxena has gained H-Index as 37 with 3900+ citations. He has organized many International Conferences in India and Abroad. He is currently working as

Prof. Dr. Chithirai Pon Selvan has extensive experience in teaching engineering students and has worked in academia for over twenty-five years. He has published/presented more than 150
research articles in journals and conferences. He has been invited and honored as keynote speaker, session chair, resource person, and technical committee member of various conferences held in UAE, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Italy, Australia, Qatar, and the UK. His research interests are in the areas of machine design, optimization techniques, manufacturing practices, renewable energy, and engineering sustainable development. He is a well-known researcher in the field of Abrasive Waterjet Cutting Technology and has evaluated several PhD theses in
Mechanical Engineering from various universities. He is the approved supervisor of many universities including Curtin University, Australia to guide PhD scholars and has produced many PhDs. He is a member of many professional societies including SAE, ASHRAE, IMechE, ASME, EI,
ASQ, and ISTE. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA), UK. Prof. Pon has received several prestigious awards including the following.

I have more than 100 papers published in international journals in Scopus and Clarivate archives. My research work focuses on developing nano-hybrid composite materials and their electronic and medical applications. Currently, I am the head of the Department of Medical Physics at Jabir Ibn Hayyan Medical University.

Dr. Md Irfanul Haque Siddiqui is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With a passion for pushing the boundaries of scientific knowledge, Dr. Siddiqui has carved a distinguished path in mechanical engineering. He has also worked as a Research Professor at Korea University, Seoul, South Korea. He has been a postdoctoral fellow at Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea. Furthermore, he worked at Aligarh Muslim University, India, as an assistant professor and manager at Cummins India Limited, Pune, India. His research includes modelling and simulation, heat and mass transfer, metallurgy and materials. Throughout his illustrious career, Dr. Siddiqui has demonstrated remarkable scholarly acumen, publishing several high-impact research papers that have significantly contributed to the advancement of the field. Dr. Siddiqui is an Associate Editor for the prestigious journal "Thermal Science and Engineering Progress". As an experienced academic mentor, Dr. Siddiqui has supervised and guided reputed projects, nurturing the talents of young researchers and instilling in them a passion for scientific inquiry. His contributions have left a lasting impact on mechanical engineering, making him a respected figure in academia and beyond.

Paper Submisssion
The conference welcomes paper submissions from researchers, practitioners, academicians and students, and will cover myriad tracks in the Engineering; Technology and Science.

Paper Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit original full paper of 4 to 6 pages in the A4 standard IEEE Xplore double-column format (including tables, figures and references). The full-paper review process is double-blind, and authors must take all reasonable steps to conceal their identity in a submitted paper:
If you cite work by any of the authors, please also conceal your identities in the reference section.
Be sure that a paper must be able to be processed for similarity checking by text processing.
Note that authors will have to fill in information about all authors and their affiliations and emails in the CMT submission system.
Submissions will be rejected without review if they are over the six-page limit, or if they fail to conform with the formatting guidelines in other ways (such as the use of too-small fonts, including in graphs and figures), or if they are not anonymous, or if they cannot be processed by similarity checking , or if they are incomplete.
The submitted full paper must not be currently under review in any other conference or journal and has not been previously published. All papers submitted to the ICFTEST 2024 must be written in English and formatted.
Any decision regarding acceptance / rejection of a manuscript or violation of a conference policy is at the discretion of Technical Program Committees.
